Service Description

What's Included: 2 hours of coverage - Base coverage $350 an hour (2 hour minimum) Every hour includes: Full personalized printing & sharing rights All images individually hand-edited with advanced digital enhancements. Online gallery with full digital download access. Individual & group portraits. Décor, food, and detail-focused coverage. Mini photoshoot for guest of honor (if applicable). Combination photos of guests, families, speakers, etc. Guaranteed bold, vibrant, magazine-level edits. ADDITIONAL SERVICES & ADD ONS- Additional hours of coverage $300per/hour Add a 2nd Photographer: $150.00per/hour for a (Minimum of 2 hrs.) ADD: Videography coverage $300per/hour (Minimum of 2 hours.) -Video includes a full 6-8 min highlight featurette of your big day! -Video includes a 45 sec - 1:30 sec trailer. Add a full uncut video of the entire day for $750.00 (Also included in this price is a beautiful video book to place on your coffee table. (Relive your event every time you open it.) Add a Live Action Hollywood Portrait Station: HOTTEST TREND RIGHT NOW! (Reach out for separate pricing & packages.) Content Creator for the day: $125 an hour: Minimum of 2 hrs. They help with style & posing. Create, Short videos, photos, reels, BTS videos, mini coordinated skits with your friends & family. (Photos & videos back to you with in 72hrs (Straight to your phone.) Prints & Canvases: All prints and materials can be purchased through the website. PLEASE NOTE VERY IMPORTANT! No dates will be held unless a deposit of 50% of the total cost. Deposit is non-refundable (No Exceptions). Contract will be provided with all the details. All packages have a 1-3 month turn around for processing & editing. Video can take up 5 months during peak season. Content creation reels and pictures can take up to 72 hrs to get back. Additional fees may apply for travel expenses. TAX NOT INCLUDED


Cancellation Policy

📌 Booking & Payment Policy -Lifestyle Sessions require a $150 non-refundable retainer to secure your date. -Weddings, Private Events, Corporate Events, Boudoir, Hollywood Portrait Station & Sweet 16's all require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your date. -Dates are not reserved until the retainer is received and a signed agreement is completed. -All retainers are non-refundable. No exceptions. The remaining balance is due prior to the session or event date. Services will not be provided without full payment. 📸 Editing & Delivery Timeline -Lifestyle Sessions: 1–2 weeks for processing and editing. -Weddings & Large Events: 1–2 months for processing and editing. Turnaround times begin after the event date. Online galleries remain active for a limited time. (90 days) Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images once delivered. We do not keep any galleries past a Year from your actual event/shoot date!!!
